2. 8/16 UTC 0 点后，系统分别会统计新的IN/OUT流量；
3. [流量统计] 将从[流出流量]、[流入流量]中取最大值；
4. UI随后更新展示该更新；
5. 因大部分用户的账单周期日并不在此变更附近，这将导致系统统计流量与您自有流量统计不一致；请不要担心，该变更不会减少你的可用流量。

Telegram has made it easier for its users to communicate, as it has introduced a feature that allows more than 200,000 users in a group chat. However, if the users in a group chat move past 200,000, it changes into "Broadcast Group", but the feature comes with a restriction. Groups with close to 200k members can be converted to a Broadcast Group that allows unlimited members. Only admins can post in Broadcast Groups, but everyone can read along and participate in group Voice Chats," Telegram added.
